I have to admit, I love a good boots and blazer combo, but who doesn’t?
Regardless of the season, boots have become a staple that quite frankly, I don’t see going anywhere any time soon; thigh highs, over the knee, cowboy or ankle boots, there’s one for every occasion. Pair those with a blazer and you’ve got the perfect fall look.
Grab the pair or two of boots you have been dying to wear but unsure of how to style them, dust them off and get ready to put together a look worthy of all the stares you’ll get while walking down the street (you know exactly what I’m talking about).
Here are 3 ways to wear your boots and blazers
jeans pants
Throw on a pair of jeans and dress it up or dress it down, whichever way works for you. I chose these khaki toned blazer and paired them with ripped mom jeans and super high black booties. They went perfectly with this textured tank top neatly tucked inside the pants for a clean and seamless look. This outfit can go from business casual to a chill night out.
I absolutely love these jeans from postmark styled with a ribbed top from forever21 and khaki blazer from Zara. I recommend checking out these similar products.
Try these Ripped mom jeans from American eagle or this one from missguided. Here’s a similar top to the one I have on, and blazer from asos. I found these boots i have on while taking a trip to New York a few years back, here is a Veronica beard bootie that is in my wishlist and Jeffrey Campbell platform boots you’ll love.
mini dress or oversized sweater
This is also another great way to wear boots and blazer combos. If you’re like me, you have a mini dress that’s just too short for sandals or sneakers hanging inside your closet waiting to be worn. You have probably considered throwing it out at some point or another simply because you just can’t find the right pieces to style it with. Or it could be an oversized shirt or sweater too big for pants but too short to wear alone.. im wearing this soft and comfy, slightly oversized sweater pairing it with some knee highs is the perfect way to show some skin without seeming completely naked, especially with that fall chill.
I decided to Pair mine with this well made blue slim fit blazer from h&m. I haven’t been able to find this exact one, But here’s a similar one from asos mens slim fit that has caught my eye. The blazer brings a certain sophistication to this look, at least in my humble opinion. Boots are from fashion nova and a great alternativeare are these public desire boots from asos and these Steve Madden boots from Nordstrom.
skirt or shorts
This look needs a bit less structure. Pairing knee highs with a leather skirt or biker shorts is a great way to dress up a simple outfit for a night out clubbing or hanging with friends. The boots in this instance elevates the look x10. I went for an all black attire and definitely made me feel like a bad b*%#!
These leather skirts from Nordstrom and this one from missguided is very similar to the one I have on and quite tempting (not that I need any reasons). also found this similar jacket by missguided, that would be good addition to any wardrobe.
